Return & Refund Policy

We’re committed to a smooth shopping experience. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Return window: 7 days Defect report: 48 hours Refund processing: 7–14 working days

1) Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, dust bag, and accessories (if any) must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required.

2) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale / clearance / promotional items (unless stated otherwise).
  • Returns submitted outside the return window.

3) Return Process

  1. Contact us within the return window with your order number.
  2. Share the reason for return and relevant photos (if applicable).
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping the item back.

Items sent without prior confirmation may be rejected.

4) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method (subject to bank processing time).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5) Defective / Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos/videos for verification before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
