General

When you register, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. You must keep your password secure. Orders can only be made by those aged 18 and above with a valid debit or credit card.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until checkout. As each product is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Colour tone may vary slightly from screen to screen.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, FPX Internet Banking, and Atome. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. Calson KL is not liable for any losses from unauthorized third-party access.

Shipping (Malaysia)

West Malaysia: 2–3 working days after fulfilment
East Malaysia: 5–10 working days after fulfilment

Please expect potential delays during festive seasons or sales periods.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery takes 3–10 working days depending on destination and customs clearance. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Exchange Policy

Sale items and discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items can only be exchanged for size differences within 3 days of receipt, provided they are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for manufacturer’s defects and will be processed as store credit or gift card within 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Packaging

All genuine Calson KL items come in our signature dark purple box with mustard ribbon. Please ensure a valid phone number is provided for courier delivery coordination.
