Return & Refund Policy

Return window: 7 days
Defect report: 48 hours
Refund processing: 7–14 working days
1) Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, dust bag, and accessories (if any) must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required.
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale / clearance / promotional items (unless stated otherwise).
- Returns submitted outside the return window.
3) Return Process
- Contact us within the return window with your order number.
- Share the reason for return and relevant photos (if applicable).
- Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping the item back.
Items sent without prior confirmation may be rejected.
4) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method (subject to bank processing time).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5) Defective / Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos/videos for verification before proceeding with a replacement or refund.
